Thanks for the information. You still have residual laxity both in the front and extending to the sides. The residual laxity in the front is visible in the sitting position picture. for this reason its a good idea to the tummy tuck in a beach chair position. The sides can be corrected by a  lower body lift (360 degree tummy tuck). best wishes

Looking at your photos I might say that you´ll be a great candidate to get an entire abdomen, back and waist liposuction with BBL, this is because you have located fat that can be done with lipo.

Persistent skin after an abdominoplasty may be treated with a revision abdominoplasty or by converting the abdominoplasty to a lower body lift.  From the post-operative images, there is residual skin centrally but there is also persistent skin circumferentially.  To achieve optimal results, the abdominoplasty must be revised and the scar must be extended circumferentially to remove the laxity circumferentially and tailor the skin to match the small frame underneath.  Typically,  these revisions should be performed one year after the initial procedure and the patient's weight should be stable with a healthy BMI.
