I've never had any sort of growth in my breasts since I was about 12-13 and that was only very marginal, I'm now 21 and they are not only extremely small but more triangular in shape as apposed to full and round, I first starting worrying they wouldn't develop around 17 but years have past and they haven't changed at all, even if I put on weight they are still barely an A cup, my younger sister has normal full breasts and is a D cup, I'm sure there must be something wrong here?
Answer: The Perfect Butt Lift You are very thin with small breasts. The keys are to fill out the upper and lower parts of the breast with the right implant and to place it in a way that looks relatively natural. The technique that best achieves this is a Dual plane technique, where the implant is below the muscle in the superior pole of the breast, and the lower portion of the muscle is released to allow the implant to fill the lower pole of the breast. This covers the implant sufficiently while allowing it to be in an ideal position and fill the breast envelope beautifully. Location of the incision, location of the implant, type of implant, and size are all critical questions for women who choose breast augmentation. The common denominator to the most beautiful breasts is that they were sized objectively on the basis of measurements. For instance, we combine a proven formula based on measurements of the rests and chest along with through discussions of patient's desires. Photos of ideal breasts and results from patients with similar breasts are often very helpful in the discussion. Plastic surgeons are trained differently and have varying levels of experience and so the key is to work with a Board Certified plastic surgeon with expertise and experience in breast augmentation. He or she should be able to clearly explain their approach and why they do things a certain way. I hope this was helpful. Thank you and best of luck. Dr. Campbell

Answer: Breast augmentation candidate, some advices: Thank you very much for sharing your concerns with us. After having analyzed all the information and photos provided to us, i can realize that you have an undeveloped breasts and a low-grade breast ptosis (fall). For these reasons, I recommend a Breast Augmentation using microtexturized highly cohesive silicon implants, with high projection and considerable volumes (300ml. up) to fill the breasts properly, and placing them under the muscle to get a natural look and long term best results.Respectfully,Dr. Emmanuel Mallol Cotes.-

Answer: Underdeveloped breasts Women come in all shapes and sizes. Although at times an underlying endocrine disorder can cause irregular breast development if you do not have any other irregular symptoms it's more likely you just inherited smaller breasts. Even sisters can have very different genes when it comes to breast development. Fortunately you do not have to live with small breasts if they bother you. Breast augmentation is a very powerful technique in the right hands, and can have dramatic results in a variety of breasts types. Most important is a consultation with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon regarding this procedure. Don’t settle for less!

Answer: Underdeveloped Breasts Generally, there is no pathology associated with underdeveloped breasts. However, it may warrent investigation with an endocrinologist to make sure you don't have a hormone irregularity. I would see your primary care physician first and see if an endocrine workup is necessary.

Answer: Breast augmentation candidate Thank you for your question and posting appropriate pictures. There is nothing wrong with your breasts anatomically, they just happen to be too small for your liking. You actually seem to be a good candidate for breast augmentation. Please look to have consultations with board-certified plastic surgeon and preferably undergo Vectra 3-D imaging simulation of your postop results.
