Hypothetical question but what would happen if I got 2 more sculptra vials injected just 2 weeks after the first initial treatment date where 2 vials were injected? Would it be safe to do so?

At three weeks, you may still have a case of prolonged swelling after sculptra. I wouldn't consider those results your permanent results. Although removing the sculptra is not possible, check with your provider if to see if you are still swollen, and hopefully some of that will...
I would consider consulting an allergist to ascertain if you are allergic to lidocaine or not. Sculptra can be injected without lidocaine. The lidocaine is simply added to numb the area and make the injections more comfortable. Best, Dr. Green
