How can a woman get rid of puffy nipples?

I'm an 18 year old girl and I have size 30DD boobs, I am content with my boob size but the only thing that gets me down is that my nipples are quite puffy and make my boobs look slightly droopy, my boyfriend doesn't think it's a issue but it really effects my confidence.. Is there any way to reduce the puffiness, I have searched it up and it seems to only be common in men?

An exam is needed for the best recommendation for you, but in general yes it is possible to reduce puffy nipples.  The procedure will involve a scar that goes around the areola. Excess tissue can be removed and the nipple reshaped.  Visit with a board certified plastic surgeon near you to learn more.

Thank you for the question.Despite your good description, it will be in your best interest to be examined in person for precise advice.Generally speaking, areola size and “puffiness” can be corrected surgically. You should be aware that sometimes “puffy” areola are part of a constricted/tuberous breast anomaly. You should also consider potential downsides, such as scarring around the areola.Correction of the size/puffiness of the nipple/areola complexes should be timed appropriately;  for example, it will likely be in your best interest to have completed pregnancies before undergoing this procedure.I would suggest in person consultation with well experienced board certified plastic surgeons.
