I am 15 years old and I want to get my areoles decreased in size. I don't mind having surgery but I don't want my parents to know

You are too young to be considering areolar reduction.  Your breasts may still be growing and this may cause further enlargement of your areola.    You have to consider the size of your breast and areola.  If you have larger breasts and if they interfere with activity then you may consider breast reduction when you are done growing as this will also reduce the size.  I recommend seeking out a board certified plastic surgeon when you turn 18.  Be patient.

You will want to wait until you have finished puberty before considering this surgery.  If you proceed too soon there is a chance that your results will change.  As you are legally a minor you would need consent in order to have elective plastic surgery.
