Although a thorough examination is needed, the symptoms you are describing are consistent with a deviated septum and a deviated external nose.  A septorhinoplasty procedure would be the option in order to adequately address your issues.  From the photos submitted it appears that at least a part of your septum is significantly deviated to the left side. 

A septoplasty  is performed to improve air flow through the nose once  medical necessity has been documented at the time of examination  and consultation of the back of the nose. A septoplasty  can be performed to improve airflow through the nose and will not change the shape of it. A rhinoplasty can address straightening  the nose, reducing a dorsal hump and narrowing and straightening the bridge line. The nasal
areas that you described and would like improved can be addressed with an
artistically performed rhinoplasty, septoplasty and possible turbinate surgery
by a plastic surgeon with extensive experience in nasal surgery. Both function
and cosmetic appearance are taken into account.

Keep in mind that following the advice from a surgeon on this or any other
website who proposes to tell you exactly what to do based on a limited two
dimensional photo without examining you, physically feeling the tissue,
assessing your desired outcome, taking a full medical history, and discussing
the pros and cons of each operative procedure would not be in your best
interest. I would suggest you find a plastic surgeon certified by the American
Board of Plastic Surgery and ideally a member of the American Society for
Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS) that you
trust and are comfortable with. .If you live outside of the United States and plan to have surgery there, the surgeon should
ideally be a member of the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery
(ISAPS). You should discuss your concerns with that
surgeon in person.

Thanks for your question. I bet that you have a deviated septum. Severely deviated septums can cause obstruction on one side just like you're describing. Looking at your pictures, you may need a rhinoplasty to get your nose as straight as it can be. A septoplasty alone may help, but because of your asymmetric nostrils, I don't think it would get your breathing where you want it to be. I would schedule a visit with a facial plastic surgeon or a plastic surgeon who is good at rhinoplasty for breathing purposes. Good luck!

The pictures show that your entire nose including the septum id crooked and asymmetrical which will interfere with the flow of air through your nostrils. Consult with an experiences rhinoplasty specialist.
