My nose seems to be wide, flat, and fat. Any suggestions? (photos)

Hi. A Rhinoplasty could improve your appearance. You will need a tip reduction , narrowing of the nasal bones and slight lowering of dorsum, with some shortening. I agree with your assessment of the nose. These features can be improved to give your nose a softer, yet masculine appearance with a rhinoplasty procedure. The goal would be to narrow the upper 2/3 and define (narrow) the tip. Consult with a surgeon that has experience in rhinoplasty.
