Noticed a hump on nose bridge made of bone. Does this grow in time? (Photo)

Can't notice normally while seeing but I can feel when I check with my hands. I have a medical examination next month, A very strict on of Indian Air force. Would this be a problem? Or this nose bump cause me any problem? Does this grow in time ?

As soon as you no longer have significant swelling in the face after your wisdom tooth removal, it should be safe to have a rhinoplasty.  Make sure you discuss this with your oral surgeon though, to ensure there are no healing issues or other factors that might make him/her want you to wait...

Why do some people need to tape their nose after rhinoplasty? What needs to happen that will lead to taping nose after surgery?

In our practice, taping of the nose after a rhinoplasty procedure prevents fluid retention from occurring in the supra tip area of the nose. It will not straighten the nose. The Blenderm tape  is applied  at night across the supra tip area of the nose which helps with pressure...

Thank you for your question and images. I can see a very minor contour change in the corner of your right eye on the frontal view. If this is a concern to you then I would continue to discuss it with your rhinoplasty surgeon. Overall it looks like you have had a nice result and not infrequently...
