Answer: Nasal hump Hi, thank you for the question... and photos, these photos do not show your complete nasal anatomy. From what is shown in the picture, you have a nasal hump... it could be from your nasal bones or from your nasal cartilage.. The way to correct it is with surgery.

Also, you never addressed what happened a year ago -- were you hit in the nose or did you have prior surgery? Unfortunately, exercises will not help this situation.
