Hi, What type of surgery do I need to correct my chin (front view and side view)? I want it to be shorter and wider (I want a more round face). When I smile, my extremely narrow chin points forward and makes me look like a witch.. As you can see, my mandible has a 'hole' on the side view, is very long and narrow, I hate it's shape. It Looks like I have a bone deficiency.. I've heard about zygomatic sandwich osteotomy. Could it be a good solution for me? Otherwise, what can I do? Thank you!
