Hello I'm 1 month post op and haven't developed a crease under my breasts yet so my scars are very visible. Will I develop a crease over time which will hide the scars? I had 255cc silicone under the muscle
Answer: I don't have a crease under my breasts? Your implants are still sitting too high because it is still early. Your final result will be around three months post op. If by then your implants haven't come down, your surgeon will re-evaluate you.

Answer: Breast augmentation Thank you for your question and provided photos. You appear to have a very good result for one month post breast augmentation. It would be helpful to have a pre-op photo for comparison. With that being said, your implants will take some time to settle. In the process, your breast shape will improve and become more defined. I would expect you to see an improved inframammary fold in this process. These findings do take some time based on the procedure performed and the individual patient's pre-op starting point. Try to be patient. I think you will ultimately be very pleased. Congratulations on your recent surgery. Also, don't ever hesitate to contact your surgeon with any concerns.
