2 weeks after Botox top up, both feet are still completely numb and painful, could this be permanent nerve damage?

I am sorry that you experiencing such difficulties.  However, It is unlikely that the Botox injections are causing any symptoms in your feet.  It is probably a coincidental happening.  I am glad that you are going to see a neurologist.  Hopefully, they will be able to determine the cause of your symptoms. 

The symptoms you are experiencing are unrelated to your botox treatment.  Cosmetic botox is administered in very small quantities.

It is extremely unlikely that the two are related. Botox will only work on the area in which it is injected into and not a distant site as you are describing. The best course of action is to see a neurologist which you have already consulted.  Hope they will find the cause of your numbness.

Thank you for sharing your question and I am sorry to hear of your leg/feet symptoms.  Based on the timing of the Botox treatment, in addition to the mechanism of action of Botox, it is unlikely to have caused the numbness, pain, or cool sensation.  I would continue to investigate this with your neurologist.   Best wishes.

Thank you for your question.Botox works on the area it is injected, it is very unlikely it has anything to do with what is going on with your feet. Good luck with the Neurologist, hopefully they can find what is causing this for you.

It sounds like what you're referring to is a neuropathy. I don't believe that botox can cause anything like this. 
I would recommend getting a full work up for these symptoms, diabetes, multiple sclerosis, tight clothes, vascular disease among many others are some potential causes that should be investigated.

It is unlikely that the Botox treatment you had on your face 2 weeks ago would cause the numbness and pain you are now having on your feet.  Botox affects nerves that control muscle movement and not sensation.  In addition, it is very unlikely that the Botox you had on your face would be able to reach your feet.  I would look into other causes for the problems with your feet.

facial expression. If I had a patient who had neurological symptoms such as numbness in the feet after a Botox treatment I would tell her that it is unlikely related to the Botox and refer her to a neurologist. Please consult with a doctor for specific recommendations. Good luck!

It is really unlikely that your numb feet have anything to do with Botox injections in your forehead. My guess is that it's just coincidental bad timing. I am glad that you already have an appointment with a neurologist -- that would have been my suggestion. Obviously, be sure to let him or her know about your injections just in case.
