It's only on one side. It has developed in my 40s as I've lost volume. My derm told me she cannot use filler on it because it is close to a vein. She suggested botox to relax the muscle that pulls there when I smile. Does that make sense? Any other suggestions? Thank you for your time.

Answer: Dent Thank you for your question. It is very difficult without a photo. Volums loss can cause dents and they can be minimised by fillers, contact an injector with good experienced . Around the nose and mouth Botox has to be given very artfully as it can efffect facial expression. Choose the treatment and doctor wisely.
