It's only on one side. It has developed in my 40s as I've lost volume. My derm told me she cannot use filler on it because it is close to a vein. She suggested botox to relax the muscle that pulls there when I smile. Does that make sense? Any other suggestions? Thank you for your time.

There should not be any interaction between Botox and Xolaire. However, if you are concerned, you may want to try a "test" and have your surgeon inject some Botox into your arm. Hope this helps --
