It's been 4 months and my nose doesn't look straight after closed rhinoplasty. On the side that it's leaning more towards it is hard/bony and the tilted side is soft. There is no pain when I press on my nose. I haven't knocked it either. I saw my plastic surgeon and he claims it is normal and it is swelling but I am doubting his word as I no longer feel pain. Could I have honest opinions about my nose? I feel my surgeon is being dishonest or is in denial. And what steps should I take now?

Unfortunately silicone in the nose cannot stay permanently and will need to be removed at some point. Since it is a foreign body it never becomes a part of your nose and instead continually thins the skin around it. This can eventually cause a break in the skin, leaving an exposed implant. ...
If you want to address this without "jaw surgery"; that is maxillary impaction osteotomy, I would stick with the rhinoplasty alone. You certainly could add fillers to address facial width, but this will not change the length of your face.
The nose following rhinoplasty takes a year to a year and a half for you to see your final result. Even the smallest amount of swelling can alter the nose's appearance. I would follow your surgeons instructions carefully and keep all appointments.
