Also, topical skin care such as hydrating lotions and sunscreen protect from skin damage. I would not necessarily choose a brow lift to reduce wrinkles but rather to change brow position. Endoscopic brow lift is not procedure to remove wrinkles from the forehead. This is best done with Botox. There is no surgery that I would recommend to remove wrinkles from forehead permanently (which means removing entire frontalis muscle and portion of others), in particular in patient of younger age.
