You may benefit most from a non-surgical eyelift. Injectable dermal fillers can be used to contour the shape of the eyes into more of the almond shape you desire. I recommend scheduling an in-person consultation with an experienced, board-certified facial plastic surgeon who can offer the best solution while taking your medical history into account.

I believe you need small amout of filler in the medial/inner area of the upper eyelids to create more natural almond shaped eyes. Need evaluation in consultation to determine accurately. See an expert.

Your problem is that whoever did your surgery removed fat from your upper lid and you now have a classic "A-frame" deformity that is, unfortunately, quite hard to correct. This can be done with either filler or fat, but needs to be done by an expert.
