Hi there! Issues with dry eyes can be a potential problem when performing upper eyelid surgery like blepharoplasty. If I have concerns, I usually involve one of my Ophthalmology colleagues to see if any pre or post-treatment is necessary before ruling a patient ineligible for surgery. Many times, medications can be applied with careful follow-up, though your situation may be different. A brow lift is an option, though not a first line approach for me for someone in her 30s (i.e. scarring as mentioned above). Threads can provide improvement, though temporary. If you haven't tried Botox or Dysport, that may be an option to improve the appearance of the eyes. Hope that helps.
