can i achieve a masculine , horizontal eyebrow lift with a direct eyebrow lift procedure ? or i should go for endoscopic brow lift procedure to get the desired result i want ?

Hi there, I would reccomend a direct excisional brow lift to lift your entire brow to the correct position over your bone.

In your case, my choice would be endoscopic brow lift. You do not need much elevation, and endoscopic brow lift with resorbable plate fixation (Endotine) would provide good result.
