Multiple rounds of BBL are common if you are looking to get a very large shaped booty.  It is normal for you to lose volume from your BBL during the first 4 weeks.  During this time fat is "taking".  There will then be a period where fat "takes" and then "grows".  It is similar to the cycle of hair transplantation.  Combination tummy tucks and BBLs are performed.  It depends on the amount of liposuction and the extent of the tummy tuck.  Positioning is challenging in a combination BBL and TT.  Most patients who have this combination procedure lay on their side.
