Is it possible to have a small waist if I have a wide rib cage when getting a BBL?

Hi, I'm getting lipo in upper lower abs, upper lower back and fat grafting to hips and butt. My question is...is it possible to have a small waist being that I have a wide rib cage? Not sure if what I'm saying makes sense.

The best position to lay in bed is on your sides.  You can rotate from one side to the other.  This will prevent pressure to the buttocks.
