Is it possible to have a small waist if I have a wide rib cage when getting a BBL?

Hi, I'm getting lipo in upper lower abs, upper lower back and fat grafting to hips and butt. My question is...is it possible to have a small waist being that I have a wide rib cage? Not sure if what I'm saying makes sense.
