Is it possible to have a small waist if I have a wide rib cage when getting a BBL?

Hi, I'm getting lipo in upper lower abs, upper lower back and fat grafting to hips and butt. My question is...is it possible to have a small waist being that I have a wide rib cage? Not sure if what I'm saying makes sense.

Sleeping on your stomach would be the best position.  Side to side as needed but only for short periods of time.  Otherwise I have my patients sleeping on their backs after a few days, but moving positions often.Best of luck and hope this information helps!- Dr. Roger Tsai@DrRogerTsai

Thank you so much for share with us your concern. You need to avoid this kind of trip, with 8-9 weeks your body is still inflammation and you need to be careful with the first 4-6 months after surgery. However, your butt should not be flattened by that trip you made, in case you have any...

While multiple rounds of fat grafting will allow for maximal fat survival, this is subjecting you to multiple surgeries with multiple anesthetics and recovery times.
