I realize that it is way too soon post op to see results, however I am very concerned that the fat was placed too high and not enough in the center of my buttocks. Can the fat drop Or will I be stuck with a bottom that it protruding on top and flat in the middle? I understand I need to give this time, I just want some expert opinions as to the shape of your buttocks post BBL changing and if the fat can in fact 'drop'. I expressed needing volume in center and fear I didn't receive that. Thanks!
