The best position to lay in bed
is on your sides.  You can rotate from
one side to the other.  This will prevent
pressure to the buttocks.

Sleeping on your stomach is probably the best option to avoid putting pressure on your buttocks. This should not affect the vaginoplasty. Consult your surgeon since each surgeon has a slightly different protocol.
