I was prescribed to take 4 pills prednisolon 5 mg for 7 days after hair transplant surgery but I mistakenly took 1 for 3 days now, would this affect my newly transplanted hair?,do I continoue taking 1 pill or should I take 4 now as prescribed?

Every seems fine for you and I believe that you had a very good surgery. It is a very positive sign that the 70% that has not yet shed, has grown. Most probably, over the next two weeks or so, you will experience additional shedding of that 70% which is completely normal.
6.5 months isn't the type to start worrying, it likely just means your growth cycle is a bit later than most. If you hit months 8-9 and still aren't seeing anything, that's when you should starting feeling concerned and you and your doctor should have a conversation about what is happening.
