What can be done for tired eyelids? (Photo)

My upper lids have a lot of loose skin I can pull on. My undereyes I’ve been rejected multiple times for fillers, as the Hokies are too sunken and not much fat. I look angry, tired and much older. I wear eyeglasses to hide my eyes, what can get rid off that hanging upper lid skin, and what can fix my black sunken hollow tear troughs? Price range?

An upper and lower lid blepharoplasty can significantly rejuvenation your eyes.  The upper removes excess skin and the lower, via a transconjunctival approach removes some skin and fat.  A lateral brow lift would also be nice.

For significant improvement, hooded eyelids require surgery if there is enough skin. For nonsurgical treatments: Radiofrequency (Thermage or Venus Legacy/Viva), injectable fillers, and a Botox brow lift can help contour the eyebrows and lift the eyelid skin. Upper eyelid surgery removes excess upper eyelid skin and fat that can cause hooding of your eye and make it hard to see without lifting your eyebrows. In this surgery, excess fat and skin are removed through an incision that is hidden in your eyelid crease. You may also benefit from lower eyelid surgery, which involves removing excess fat and sometimes skin from your lower eyelids to reduce puffiness. Non-surgical treatments that may benefit you include Thermage, which using radiofrequency to tighten the skin around the eyes. This treatment requires no downtime from normal activities. The use of certain topical creams can also be helpful to reduce the appearance of dark circles and puffiness around the eyes. An upper eyelid blepharoplasty can remove excess skin and freshen the upper eyelids.

Your lower eyelids and dark circles under the eyes can certainly be improved by a procedure called a transconjunctival lower eyelid blepharoplasty with arcus marginalis release and fat grafting.

I recommend against filler injections in the lower eyelid because of a rare potential complication of blindness.

Not many surgeons to correction of dark circles with a lower eyelid blepharoplasty with arcus marginalis release and fat grafting but you can find someone who can properly do this procedure.
