My upper lids have a lot of loose skin I can pull on. My undereyes I’ve been rejected multiple times for fillers, as the Hokies are too sunken and not much fat. I look angry, tired and much older. I wear eyeglasses to hide my eyes, what can get rid off that hanging upper lid skin, and what can fix my black sunken hollow tear troughs? Price range?

Answer: Blepharoplasty Hello, hope you are well. The medical term for the skin redundancy of your eyelids is 'dermatochalasis.' Upper and lower lid blepharoplasty can be performed to remove excessive skin and correct the tear trough deformity. These are straightforward procedures that are often performed in the office under local anesthesia or sometimes under sedation depending on patient and surgeon preferences. Best,Dr. Tower
