Breast fat transfer (formerly obese). I used to be 96kg, I am now 63kg. I want to transfer fat to my breasts as I am now a B cup (including moderate saggy skin on breasts), but I want as much fat in as possible so my end result can be a large side of a C cup. Is it possible to go from a B (with skin) to a large C in one session? I’m also wanting a lift as well, with a lift my breasts without fat transfer may likely become a large side of A cup.
Answer: Is it possible to go from a B (with skin) to a large C in one session? Some of the success will depend upon existing tissue available for receiving the fat. The fat grafting will likely take several sessions to produce the results you are seeking. In general, 200 cc per breast is typically the upper limit of fat injection recommended by most plastic surgeons. It is not that more cannot be injected; but on average, this has been determined to be the most that can be expected to live during one transfer.

Answer: Size Without photos, I cannot be specific, but most women may expect up to one cup gain in size a fat transfer. I would suggest asking your surgeon his/her opinion about the possibly size you may achieve.

Answer: The Bellesoma Lift and fat transfer Unfortunately, you have not provided photographs but you may be a candidate for The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation and the ability to breast feed are maintained. At the same time or later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired. Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Breast Lift and Fat Transfer Congratulations on your weight loss and your interest in breast lift and fat transfer. As always, it is best to have an in-person consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon in your area to develop a surgical plan that is individualized to your body and specific goals. After a large amount of weight loss, breast lift is one of the most common procedures. In my experience, it is best to do the breast lift first then work on the volume with either fat transfer or breast implants. I like to think in terms of optimizing the anatomy first then work on the volume. There are many approaches to this scenario so make sure to do your homework and choose a surgeon who has experience with the weight loss population. Best wishes on a great result and speedy recovery.

Answer: Breast Lift - No Vertical Scar and Breast Fat Transfer to Increase Size Dear Serina1,Hello and thank you for your excellent question. You should be evaluated for a No-Vertical-Scar, No-Implant breast lift technique. Some people refer to this as the Bellesoma Breast Lift technique. Our technique provides an exceptional breast lift, upper pole fullness, relief from neck and back pain, and no vertical breast lift scar. It uses a woman’s OWN breast tissue to produce an internal suspension technique, without the need for a breast implant. It does not disturb the nipple, areola, or breast glands, so sensation and the ability to lactate is preserved. It uses 3D scanning of your breasts and body to design a procedure specifically designed for YOU, and you alone. Finally, for patients who desire breast enlargement, it can be combined with fat grafting. It is best to answer your question during a face-to-face evaluation, when you can discuss your goals and expectations for the procedure, and you can have a physical examination to evaluate for that procedure. I recommend that you find a board-certified, or board-eligible plastic surgeon with whom you are comfortable. Be sure to have all of your questions answered during a face-to-face meeting with your surgeon, and review before and after pictures of similar patients whom have had this procedure. If you have any questions, call our office for assistance. Good luck!
