I had a breast lift with fat graft 9 days ago. The fat was harvested from my flanks.I sent these pictures to my PS and he said all seems normal, just apply some moisturizer like after too much sun. But I would be more reassured if you could give me a second opinion. Overall I feel good and I don’t have fever, but the red area DOES feel warm to touch, it’s hard, itchy, VERY NUMB, and my skin is peeling, the new skin is kind of wet and sensitive... should I be worried?

I strongly recommend that you go see your surgeon for an evaluation, you may have an infection.  It is difficult to determine from the photos. The numbness is typical, but the peeling skin is not, and some of the photos look red where you had the liposuction and this is not typical.  Go see your surgeon ASAP.  Good luck!

You will have numbness while you have swelling and this will take up to 3 months to settle down. Bruising is also normal and expected. However, the skin peeling is not normal. Please keep it clean and follow up with your surgeon.
