A friend of mine is 17 and will be turning 18 in 3 or 4 months.She doesn't want to wait until she turns 18 because shes moving to Miami in a month and wants a dramatic change to boost her self esteem while shes getting ready to start her new life. is it possible for he to be able to have this procedure if she has all the money to pay for it? She is and 7 months, 5'5, 150lbs for a Brazilian butt lift

Thank you for your question. There is not a specific age, but first, for safety reasons, to be a good candidate for the procedures you want at the same time, your labs and  cardiovascular preoperative evaluation must be optimal.

It's recommended to be 18 for elective cosmetic plastic surgery such as a Brazilian buttock lift. A minor could have surgery with parental consent but this needs to be discussed in great detail with the plastic surgeon prior to having surgery.

Thanks for the question and provided information as well.
You should be at least 18 years old to be a candidate for plastic surgery. A minor could have surgery, but only with parental consent.
In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 30 or less.
l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know.
