After Hematoma Removal Can the Bump or Space on Buttocks Be Reconstructed?

I fell years ago and developed a Hematoma on left butt cheek. After the removal there is a space and bump. Can this area be reconstructed?

I suggest you wait for about 3-4 months after your surgery before you assess your results. It does appear that your butt has flattened out a bit, but at this point you should wait before considering a revision.

You should ask your surgeon about this specific question. Flying so soona fter surgey certainly places you at increased risk of blood clots and poor cosmetic result.

Patients usually figure this one out on their own because jean tightness varies.  Here are some considerations... If what you're wearing is tighter than your garments from surgery then you should take a few weeks break from them.  If they're so tight they leave marks everywhere...

Thanks for the question. You should be able to go on vacation by 3-4 weeks after your surgery. But this is valid only with assuming postoperative recovery is uneventful. If any unexpected incident happens in your treatment process, this time can be extended or shortened. I wish you all the best.
