If what you're wearing is tighter than your garments from surgery then you should take a few weeks break from them. If they're so tight they leave marks everywhere then make sure you feel comfortable with your result first and that the fat has taken well. Especially if you're going to wear them for a long time. No straight answers on this one, just educated guesses.
This would vary from patient to patient, but overall you do not want your jeans to be tighter than your compression garment.
