It is Micro Injector FUE method better than Manual FUE method?

I have thinning hair at top and bald at frontal area (M Shape). I heard Micro Injector is latest technology which used in FUE Transplant and it give 2 times better result than Manual FUE Method. It is true? or it is just marketing? plz advice...

FUE is a method of harvesting hair follicles. It has nothing to do with the end result. FUE surgery just means you will have thousands of "DOT" scars instead of a "LINE" scar from the FUSS (Strip) surgery.
FUE RESULTS ultimately will depend on all the factors as well as the doctor's aesthetic and artistic ability in creating a natural hair line.

A patient could have a great result with a procedure with a micro injector as long as the operator has used it enough to be proficient. I am reluctant to say if one method is twice as good as another as a rule of thumb. I recommend that with any method being considered, patients research the operator's experience and study past results. There are many great doctors in this field that prefer different procedures. Sometimes claims are just marketing but I believe that a great result is more dependent on the operator not the device.
