It does sound like you would have a difficult time getting comfortable! Sometimes sleeping on your side for a short period of time then transferring over to your other side can help - of course you should call your surgeon to check if this is OK, but it sounds like that may be something that gives you relief for a least a little while. Hopefully each day will get a little better for you.
This is a very difficult situation. In cases like this I will stage the procedures to allow a patient not to compress or irritate an operated zone. These problems are common after several procedures done in one time, you will need to to talk to your doctor about the fact that you will be more comfortable if you stay laying on your back but your fat injections will risk the survival of your fat cells. Good luck!
