Are my boobs deformed? (photos)

Breast
augmentation is often performed to increase the size of the breast for
aesthetic reasons. In addition, most patients, such as you have concerns about
asymmetries in breast shape, breast size, or nipple position. Unfortunately,
you are correct in that implants can magnify these problems. To combat these
issues, an asymmetric augmentation (different sized implant in each breast) is
often recommended. In addition, an incision around the nipple may be made to
remove skin and reposition the nipple to further shape the breast tissue around
the implant. A detailed examination will help delineate the best surgical
option. Consultation with a surgeon certified by the American Board of Plastic
Surgery would be the next best step.

No, your boobs are not deformed. As to whether or not an augmentation would help you to achieve your desired outcome and feel better about yourself, only an in person exam can really determine that. Hello and thank you for reaching out. Looking at the photo, your breasts do not seem to be deformed. Every woman has a bit of asymmetry and difference to her breasts. And augmentation could greatly improve their symmetry if that is what bothers you. I would talk to your surgeon about what result you are looking for and I'm sure they will be able to recommend the best surgery that will meet those wants. Best wishes. 

Hi having seen the photographs you have sent, I don't think there is any abnormality with your breast shape, they will never look like augmented breasts (but then the later is an artificial enhancement ;-) hope this helps do keep me posted of your progress, warm regards Dr Prashant Murugkar

Judging from your photos your breasts are not deformed and breast augmentation could be a good option for you.  Similar to what other surgeons have suggested on this forum, I would seek a consultation from a Board Certified plastic surgeon to discuss your goals and options.
