Answer: Mommy makeover Dear Thriving165554, it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. Based on your photos, it looks like you would benefit from tummy tuck and breast lift. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: Bellesoma Method, tummy tuck with mesh reinforcement and liposuction The technique I recommend for your breasts is a breast lift using The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. At the same time or later, a tummy tuck can be done. If you are not planning future pregnancies, I recommend abdominoplasty with mesh reinforcement. The mesh creates a more hourglass figure by compressing the abdominal wall resulting in early satiety and helps maintain a reduced weight. Liposuction of the flanks can be done at the same time as well. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Mommy makeover Hi there, I would recommend liposuction 360 of your torso with a tummy tuck. This will give you waist definition and provide a flatter anterior abdomen. Then a breast lift would be the most natural result. I would ask your MD to reinforce your lift with an internal mesh to help you keep your results. If you want your breast to be larger, you will have to go the implant route, which can still look natural depending on the final size and profile you choose. All the best

Answer: Correct procedure. In order of importance I suggest the following. 1) weight loss (preferably 40-50lbs)2) A full tummy tuck after successful weight loss.3) Mastopexy or breast lift with or without implants. This procedure could be done at your current weight. Without successful weight loss you will have a pretty limited tummy tuck result. You seem to have a significant amount of visceral fat. This needs to be reduced (weight loss) before you have a tummy tuck. Moving forward with procedure before you loose sufficient weight will most likely lead to a disappointing outcome. Schedule multiple in person consultations with plastic surgeons in your area. It’s really important to recognize the presence of visceral fat during any consultation. Missing this variable may lead to disappointment. Best, Mat’s Hagström MD
