Improving Upper Eyelid Skin? (Photo)

Question

I had two blephs a few years ago that have left me with excess skin at the corners and very poor eyelid texture. I also have very noticeable scars. I've tried searching and asking at a message how to improve my skin texture and scars without any success. I know that I may need a third procedure at some point to address the uneveness of my eyes and excessive skin; however because I'm afraid of yet another poor outcome, for now I just would like to improve the texture. Any help?

You are concerned about your scar and excess skin after a blepharoplasty and do not want anymore invasive surgery. There’s a possibility that you can benefit from a resurfacing procedure using a CO2 laser or plasma treatment. They may help to tighten the skin and minimize the scar without cutting the eyelid. Fractional CO2 laser may be an option, but should be avoided in darker skin types.

I'm sorry to hear of the issues you have had since your surgery.  I encourage you to begin by visiting with an experienced board certified plastic surgeon for an evaluation.  You may be able to find improvement by simply using the correct medical grade skin care products,  Or it may be suggested that in office treatments can improve your concerns.
