Different eye size after bleph. Can I make my eye look bigger again by lowering the crease? (Photo)

Hello. After upper and lower eyelid surgery, my eyes became different sizes. The cuts were uneven to begin with and I feel that there is more skin under the crease of the eye which is small. Can I make the eye look bigger again by lowering the crease and removing more skin underneath so it doesn't cover the eye as much? The pictures are from a video where I move my eyes the same way.
