When we offer augmentation rhinoplasty, we prefer ePTFE onlay grafts. We purchased them from implantech, and 6 mm is the maximum thickness. These grafts can be sewn to each other for enhanced augmentation depending on your condition. I hope this is helpful. Sincerely, Dr Joseph
