Four previous rhinoplasties, very thin skin. Would rib cartilage be safe to use for dorsal height? Am I risking skin rupture?

I have operated 4 times to increase the dorsal higher using diced ear cartilage and unfortunately my dorsum is with irregularities plus it is not high enough so i have inverted nose.. i have operated the 4 times . Last visit he recommends using mersilene mesh but i want something from my own graft as Rib cartilage . The problem is that i have very very very thin skin Is this safe to repeat the operation using rib cartilage or will my skin ruptured. Thanks
