Hair transplant to the scar is possible but it never comes out perfect as you may imagine and you may need more than one surgery.  This is a generalization and you would need to see a doctor for a better assessment.

It looks like it may be possible to do a hair transplant to camouflage the scars better.The yield of a hair transplant when done on scars is less predictable done healthy tissue, but you still have a good chance of improvement.

If you decided to have hair transplant on scars  by fue it will work good. You need 700-800 grafts on that right site scar area that is shown at photo.  

You can do FUE hair transplant to cover the scalp area, however if the blood supply is compromised there is possibility that the implanted hair may not take. Hair transplant works better in small scars not big ones.
