A proper evaluation and examination of your donor area would need to be performed to assess the residual density.  If 5200 FUE grafts were extracted from the first procedure, subsequent procedures may leave you at risk for focal hair loss in the donor area.    

With 5,200 grafts you had previously, you're likely to reach the limit of FUE technique. It's better to visit experienced surgeons in person to have a proper donor assessment.

5200 grafts from the back of the scalp is already upper limit for taking graft from scalp, if more grafts are extracted than there are chances of thinning and also unsafe zone may be involved.

With 5200 grafts done with FUE, you may have reached the limit as to how many FUE grafts you can extract without getting a see-through donor area. A proper assessment of your donor area needs to be done.
