Hello, Thanks for sharing your query. Pain ,bruising and swelling are common after liposuction and usually peak between 2-4 days when the tumescent action wears off. You will see improvement in all symptoms over weeks. Consult your operating surgeon regarding pain medications.
First of all, congratulations on your arm liposuction, Hamsa_f!Pain after liposuction (or any kind of surgery, for that matter) is normal. Pain and soreness can last for about a week, peaking at about 2-4 days after the procedure once the anesthesia wears off.Just continue taking the prescribed pain medications that your reputable and board-certified plastic surgeon gave you. If it becomes unbearable, visit him for a follow-up checkup.Best of luck!
Hello,Thank you for sharing the information, it is a pleasure for me to answer your question. As with any plastic surgery, liposuction involves possible side effects. After surgery, scars, bruises and swelling may be visible. The swelling and lumps that appear after surgery probably will not go away completely until several months have passed. so it is normal to feel those symptoms.I hope this answer will help youMy best wishes for you...
Unfortunately medi-cal does not cover cosmetic procedures, but based on your picture you seem to be a good candidate for a full tummy tuck for a nice flat abdomen, always see a board certified PS best of luck.
Thank you for your question. I highly recommend scheduling an appointment with your plastic surgeon, as these may be signs of an infection. Best of luck.
I'm sorry to hear you are not happy w/ your results. I would consider tummy tuck surgery at this point. That excess skin and areas of irregularity would likely be physically removed. Recovery for this procedure is more than with the liposuction alone, but it has gotten better over the years ...
