Answer: Pain after lipo First of all, congratulations on your arm liposuction, Hamsa_f! Pain after liposuction (or any kind of surgery, for that matter) is normal. Pain and soreness can last for about a week, peaking at about 2-4 days after the procedure once the anesthesia wears off. Just continue taking the prescribed pain medications that your reputable and board-certified plastic surgeon gave you. If it becomes unbearable, visit him for a follow-up checkup. Best of luck!

Answer: 2nd day of arm lipo recovery and my incisions are burning like crazy, is that normal? Hello,Thank you for sharing the information, it is a pleasure for me to answer your question. As with any plastic surgery, liposuction involves possible side effects. After surgery, scars, bruises and swelling may be visible. The swelling and lumps that appear after surgery probably will not go away completely until several months have passed. so it is normal to feel those symptoms. I hope this answer will help youMy best wishes for you...
