Due to my asymmetry, I got liposuction in the larger breast and 310cc was removed. I then got a 295cc implant in the larger breast, a 375cc implant in the smaller, and a crescent lift to raise the nipple on my larger. The crescent lift has only stretched my areola making it noticeably larger and adding to my insecurities. My doctor says there is nothing else to do and that he will not do a full lift due to my age. Is he correct that nothing else can be done and is it unreasonable to expect more?

Bra cup sizes are not standardized so this is a good question. But on an average a cup size is about 150- 200 cc. So a 350 cc could be in the range of a B cup size. This also depends on your height and weight.
The purpose of the tissue expanders is to safely create a pocket that will work for the same size implant. If the permanent implant is larger than the pocket, there are risk of complications to include an unnatural appearance and rippling. Discuss your concerns with your surgeon. Best wishes!
