Hello! Thank you so much for your question. Without a photo or an in-person evaluation, there is no reliable way to predict what size you will be after your surgery. This is because ccs and cup size do not correspond the same way on every woman’s body. Breast implant sizing is measured in exact volume (a 350cc implant will always be 350ccs), while bra cup sizing is relative to band size. Women with different body types will therefore achieve different results and bra sizes from the same implant size. As a rough estimate, 150-200ccs typically adds about a cup size to the average patient, so 350ccs with no existing breast tissue is likely to be somewhere in the B-cup range. However, you will need to ask your plastic surgeon in person as they can offer a better prediction based on your body type. Good luck!
Bra cup sizes are not standardized so this is a good question. But on an average a cup size is about 150- 200 cc. So a 350 cc could be in the range of a B cup size. This also depends on your height and weight.
It is difficult to say what cup size you will be with the final implant as based on the tissue expander size. Your body habitus, height/weight, implant selection, and adjuvant procedures (i.e. fat grafting), are factors to consider when discussing your goals with your surgeon. I encourage you to have detailed discussions with your surgeon and even show photos of your desired size and 'look'. Hope this helps!
The purpose of the tissue expanders is to safely create a pocket that will work for the same size implant. If the permanent implant is larger than the pocket, there are risk of complications to include an unnatural appearance and rippling. Discuss your concerns with your surgeon. Best wishes!
Thank you for submitting your concerns.Based on the photographs and your concerns you would be a good candidate for Breast reconstruction. The removal of the lumps would be the first step you want take, followed by fat grafting where necessary. I would recommend you consult with a...
Infection after reconstruction typically causes pain, increasing redness, fever. Your photo appears normal to me. Breast removal changes blood flow and skin flaps can have a mild redness like yours. As long as tissues feel soft and there is no pain. I typically do not use a Zpack but your PS may...
