Pool of blood under recipient area of hair transplant? (Photos)

Squeezing your scalp with blood "splattering" in your bathroom is not normal. It would be in your best interest to go see your doctor instead of trying to find answers on the Internet. You likely spent thousands of dollars on your surgery.  You are state you are bleeding and it looks "terrible".  Contact your doctor ASAP.

You may have a small puddle of blood under your scalp area.  Keep expressing it but be careful not to push out your hair grafts.  I don't see any active infection but keep checking in with your surgeon to make sure.  Everything will look a bit rough for a few weeks.  Best Wishes!!

Swelling is common post op hair transplant. You can apply an ice pack to the area to help alleviate the swelling but otherwise the body will reaborb the fluid on its own.

A small hematoma very rarely occurs from bleeding in the recipient area. As long as it is not infected, it will eventually absorb

Try not to touch it or press it. There aren't any pimples . It appears to be subcutaneous hematoma. It will subside by itself. Ideally you should let your doctor have a look at it.
