White layer on head post hair transplant? (Photo)

Question

It's been 2 weeks post my hair transplant. Am washing my hair using mild shampoo given by doctor. Now I see a white layer on head after bath. My doctor says it's dandruff and advised me to use anti dandruff shampoo ERIZOL for next 10 days on daily basis. Please provide your views if this is fine

If your doctor says you have dandruff and recommends a treatment you may want to follow your doctor's recommendation.If you do not believe in your doctor, it is best to see another doctor in person.  The photo is not very clear.

Thank you for posting your question and photo on realself.com. It is difficult to make an accurate diagnosis with your photo. Pityrosporum ovale is a common organism associated with dandruff. A culture could confirm it. I am not familiar with the ERIZOL shampoo. In the USA Nizoral Shampoo is indicated for dandruff. This maybe the same medicated shampoo. It is available over the counter in a 1% strength ketoconazole or 2% with a Rx. The instructions are twice a week as the ketoconazole is lipophilic so the medication will remain bound to the affected area when the shampoo is rinsed away. These white areas reflect the absorption of water by the skin of the grafts. You will note that after it dries, these white areas disappear
