Dr Solomon is amazing I had a BBL performed by him two years ago and retained about 75% of it and it looks awesome so I wanted to return and see if I can get the same procedure but transfered to my breast to fill them out and lift them a little. I was a large C cup/ small D and now I am thinking I am a solid DD size. I did lipo on my upper and lower abs as well as my flanks. Going for my lymphatic massages tomorrow I had the procedure done two days ago. And I love my waist he even took some fat out from the area on my side next to my boobs to help make them look more pronounced. So as long as everything heals as expected the results should be phenomenal. I'll post some updates as I heal. Dr. Solomon and his team are amazing as always Updated on 17 Aug 2019: I am healing a lot faster this time around its three days post op and I’m not retaining as much water and my waist is getting smaller and boobs look amazing still Updated on 22 Aug 2019: Took my shaper off at work for a couple of hours because it was a reallly hot afternoon and oh my gosh the swelling was insane!! I felt lumps form and they felt hard like tumors. I finally got home and got into my most comfortable faja with no thigh compression just bodysuit panty style with a zipper and it hurt so bad at first but after 30 mins when the swelling was under control I was comfortable and happy again. I am not going to take my faja off for that long again. Who knew i would learn to love my garment and ab board. Im 8days post op and the swelling in the breast has gone down and theres a bit of a drop. Im praying i wont lose too much more. Updated on 28 Aug 2019: It’s two weeks post op and the swelling and stiffness has subsided a little. If i wear a faja thats too tight and sit at work I’ll have creases and fluid pockets. The massages really help relieve those hard lumps and makes me feel soo much better after. I got super worried because of all the lumps but at night I wear a larger sized faja thats still snug with an ab board and wake up to no lumps. I feel like they come and go and will resolve themselves. My breasts are super noticeable now with the swelling going down. No one noticed before but in the past two days people have been asking if I had a boob job done even though i was only a half cup smaller before. Updated on 4 Sep 2019: In the photos I cant really notice much of a change since last week which is great I suppose meaning I'm not really losing much volume. I did notice a slight drop though which is expected. There is a lot less swelling now and I'm not concerned about the lumps anymore most of them have or will resolve with continued usage of the foams at night Updated on 26 Sep 2019: I did lose more volume :( but overall the shape of everything after 6 weeks still seems incredible. All the super hard lumps are gone thank goodness. Im convinced that the body heals faster the second time around. The area on my side next to my breasts was lipo’d for the first time this go around and those lumps are taking much longer to resolve. Dr Solomon did a killer job on my curves! Everyone loves them, I love them!! I think I’m suppose to shrink even more as the healing continues and that’s mind blowing!

Great physician with excellent skills and bedside manner. Had a very easy recovery overall. My new breasts are beautiful and my hubby is very happy with my "upgrade!" Office staff is also very friendly and supportive!

If I could give Dr. Solomon and the rest of the staff 10 stars I would! From start to finish everyone in this office went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, quick and easy. I had an amazing experience with Dr. George Solomon was the surgeon I chose for my first cosmetic surgery, my breast enlargement. After researching doctors carefully It was clear that Dr. Solomon had all the credentials and experience I needed to make my choice. After my consultation and meeting the doctor and his staff it was again clear that I made the right decision. I expressed my wishes on what I envisioned my breast to look like. My questions were answered honestly and Dr. Solomon knew what I wanted and promised that physically my body measurements were there for me to get what I envisioned. He was also professional and confident enough in his craft to also make sure I knew that and easier and more natural look is what I needed and to modify my expectations. That alone made me again sure that I made the right decision in choosing Dr. Solomon for this life changing surgery. My breasts surgery was so easy, the staff is experienced and know exactly what they are doing. When I saw my breasts post surgery and now that they have healed are beyond what I had expected. I never dreamed that my breasts look the way they do. Dr Solomon crafted something amazing, he kept my natural shape and the size i chose along with his advise was perfect. Not one person besides the family and close friends I told about the surgery thinks my breasts are implants. I am still blown away at how amazing natural and perfect my breasts look. This surgery changed my life. I have never been so confident not because I have larger breasts but because Dr. Solomon kept my natural breasts and enhanced them. That is a true plastic surgeon a surgeon with this level of skill is amazing.

Had the BBL done by Dr Solomon about 2 years ago and he did such an amazing job. I don’t regret my decision to go with him for a moment. I maintained my weight and I didn’t lose any afterwards due his technique and my efforts to care for myself the right way. Not having much body fat to begin with, I was skeptical I’d have much results but I was wrong. I went from a size 0-2 to a size 5-7. He knows what he’s doing.

I have to say that I'm am extremely happy with my results so far. what I wanted was to have some curves and obviously some butt. I was always insecure about being so plain and no shape. The doctor is very nice he will tell you what he thinks is best for you. His staff is great I loved all the girls there. Updated on 2 Jul 2018: Today I woke feeling tender and my butt doesnt really hurt its just very bruised. My back feels very tender and swollen. I've been putting on the arnica gel in the morning and night to see if it helps with the swelling. I'm having my second post OP appointment tomorrow since the office will be closed for 4th of July and I live kind of far away. I'll post pictures tomorrow of the update.

I feel moist all the time! I continued my daily routine after the procedure and felt no pain or discomfort. I am anxious to see my if am tighter on the inside of my vagina after my next couple of treatments. Thank you!

My experience with Dr. Solomon it’s been amaizing. I first went to him 2 years ago after I lost 60lb. From the get go I love his attitude and proffesionalism. He took his time to study my body and suggest what he thought was the right approach. I liked that! I decided for a mini tucked with Lipo in my upper belly and my inner thighs.... the results A+ I can’t be happier. After that few months later I went back for a Lipo in my Bra area on the sides and back, again awesome results! I have Refered 4 of my friends and everyone is happy. Dr. Solomon is an amaizing surgeon!

Dr. Solomon is a professional, who takes pride in discovering the needs of his patients. He is above all nothing less than a perfectionist. In addition, my treatment by the Solomon staff was a rare kind of experience. People like the Solomon staff put in the type of care that's hard to come by. It was the attention, the listening, and most of all the guidance that was displayed. Smiles stayed embedded on their faces, from the moment I talked to the receptionist and then actually experiencing the warmth displayed by every single staff person who aided me with my procedure.

Yaaaaaaaas, Girl! I am 18 days post-lipo 360. That includes my ab, flanks, hips, bra fat and lower back. This recovery is THE SUCK but I can already tell that it was way worth it. Im still swollen and bruised and already look like a Victoria's Secret Angel. I called some time in September to ask some questions and spoke with Anne and Patty. They were the most pleasant and helpful two people I spoke with ANYwhere I called. Now they're my dudes. At my consultation I met with Patty and Dr. Solomon. I told them what I wanted and Dr. Solomon told me what he would choose to do as well as what not to do. Patty worked with me on a cost and my mind was made up. I did go to a couple of other consultations elsewhere where I was told I was fat (and this is not a weight loss procedure) and that I would just be jiggly cellulite. I heard from one that I needed a tummy tuck and another quoted me several thousand more for the other work I "needed." It wasn't good for the ego. Patty said I was pretty when we first met. I dont know if she meant it but really effective after the other experiences. Then Dr. Solomon seemed to know exactly what to do and was confident he could do it. Anyway, the pics on his website show his magic. So onward- at my pre-op appointment I met with nurses Karina and Joy. They are both so awesome and fun. I felt like these were my girls. And again, Dr. Solomon. He addressed questions, concerns and confirmed a plan. He is on the quiet side but really nice. I feel he has a warm vibe. He, again, seemed confident with what he could do. I gave him zero instructions because he got it. Guys- He has some of the best befores and afters out there. Is Dr. Solomon famous? He should be. The morning of my procedure I was nervous. Joy was prepping for surgery and calmed me quite a bit. Plus she gave me the meds which finished the job. I hardly remember the surgery. I was "awake" but y'all- it's foggy. I only remember opening my eyes a couple of times and the little latin nurse (I dont remember her name-probably from being medicated, but still darling) holding my hands and looking back at me. I knew where I was but seeing her there felt safe. I dont remember leaving. Shout out to my gorgeous BFF/ride!I The first night was tough. I slept pretty well but during my waking hours the pain was obnoxious as was the garment. And my house looked like a crime scene. Do not underestimate that drainage. That was worse than the pain for me and lasted close to 6 days. It did decrease over time but UCK. The pain didn't feel muscular to me at all. It felt like an intense sunburn. Tolerable but fracking uncomfortable and worse when you move. I only took painkillers at night (5 days or so) but I was lucky to rest during the days. I'm not in pain anymore but I am swollen and can feel bruising and hardness. I also have some numbness and the feeling of a tight band around my core. The upside is that I can see a huge difference now and that is a fantastic distraction. The girls at the office call and text to check in. Every time I'm in for a follow-up, they all peek in to check on me. They gave me info on garments and lab work deals. They've each called me by my name every time I've ever been there. I've never waited in the office. I've never been upsold. Dr. Solomon is always excited about my results.I'm grateful for that support team and to Dr. Solomon for making me feel like I got super lucky finding them before Beverly Hills discovers his work and offers him three times the money.
