Your results look great and I don't see any indication of a granuloma or a biofilm complication. #Bellafill is an excellent product when used correctly. As with any injectable filler, your physician should thoroughly cleanse the area with cholorhexadine or similar antiseptic. An alcohol wipe is not enough. While rare, delayed granulomas occur in less than 2% of patients according to most publications. Biofilm complications are even less likely.
