Are the edits I made on my nose realistic? (Photos)

Question

I know plastic surgeons say to manage expectations and that it’s likely your nose won’t look exactly like the edits made pre OP. So I’m not asking if the edits I made can be replicated exactly, I'm asking if something similar like this is possible and realistic. It would be also helpful to know if there are specialists for my type of nose and how much a surgery like this would cost. Any other information that you might think be helpful as well will be greatly appreciated, thank you

I think your imagining is pretty realistic. I would probably want to make your nose a little smaller. The tip sticks out too far in your “after” picture.

Yes you have given a good estimation of what to aim for. The dorsal hump needs to be reduced and the tip needs to be lifted. A rhinoplasty can achieve that.

Insofar as your morphing, it looks reasonable and largely achievable, depending on your exam. You're looking for profile hump reduction, with repair of your hanging columella - your tip looks a drop overprojected in your morphed photo, but you're in the correct mindset. They do appear somewhat realistic, however the tip appears too pointed. It's important to remember that the nose is three-dimensional, and rhinoplasty is performed in all three dimensions, therefore it's important to look at all the different angles when performing computer imaging. From your "preop" lateral view photo, I note a relatively high nasal bridge and a slightly turned down nasal tip. Your anticipated "postop" views, demonstrate a straight bridge of normal height and elevation of the nasal tip. Without frontal or nasal views, I cannot judge your nasal width, evidence of nasal bone displacement from midline, displacement of the nasal columella, or nasal alar flaring.
Rhinoplasty can achieve the goals you have provided. 
Visit a Board Certified plastic surgeon for evaluation and discussion.
