I know plastic surgeons say to manage expectations and that it’s likely your nose won’t look exactly like the edits made pre OP. So I’m not asking if the edits I made can be replicated exactly, I'm asking if something similar like this is possible and realistic. It would be also helpful to know if there are specialists for my type of nose and how much a surgery like this would cost. Any other information that you might think be helpful as well will be greatly appreciated, thank you
