Projection and Definition in my lips!! Is it possible? (Photo)

I would like to get a shorter space between my lips and nose with a more defined philtrum ridges and vermillion border. To finish I’d like some proyection in my lips. What I’m supposed to get in order to achieve the results I desire? I have quite big and fat lips naturally but I have nearly no proyection. Upper lip is flat! I’m not looking for augmentation or inyections. Thanks for your answers!

It is way toot early to be assessing the effects of a LeFort 1 osteotomy on the lips. It takes a full 6 months for all swelling, scarring and adverse tissue effects to either resolve or improve maximally. Tightness of the lips early after the procedure is common and usually resolves.
