Projection and Definition in my lips!! Is it possible? (Photo)

For experienced filler injectors, creating (when non or little exists) or emphasizing the philtral columns is easy to accomplish with gratifying results. Augmenting the philtrum helps to decrease the appearance of an overly long stretch between the base of the nose and the Cupid's Bow. Likewise, defining the white roll and vermilion of the upper lip with fillers can add a desirable slight upward projection to this region and to further decrease the impression of a long upper lip. In my Upper East Side Manhattan practice, I would use Belotero Balance for the philtrum and Restylane L for the vermilion/white roll. (In my Israel satellite facility, where a far greater number of regulatory agency approved fillers and volumizers are available, I would opt for Teosyal Redensity II for the philtral columns and Princess Filler for the vermilion). Due to the natural fullness, I would agree that no augmentation of the red lips is necessary in this case.

Based on your pictures your lips have very good projection. Fillers could be done to create that more exaggerated look that you want. I might suggest that chin augmentation could be considered to make the whole mouth area look more attractive
