Is my Jaw Narrow and will Mandible Implants Help? (photos)

I’m not sure exactly if my jaw is narrow but I know mandible implants can help. My concern is that I don’t know what the results will look like for someone who’s had them. Will it just make my face look fat and round ?

The wrong implants can indeed make you look "fat." One of the premises of custom-designed implants is to make sure you don't look "fat" or out of harmony. 
You have a somewhat round face, and designing the right implants for you could be challenging. If you have high jaw angles and your surgeon places an off-the-shelf implant in your jaw, you could very well look "fat." 
Perhaps a combination of buccal fat pad removal and strategically designed custom jaw implants would suit you well.
A closer examination is required to offer a better suggestion.
