I’m not sure exactly if my jaw is narrow but I know mandible implants can help. My concern is that I don’t know what the results will look like for someone who’s had them. Will it just make my face look fat and round ?

The screw you see as "hanging loose" may be, in fact, inside the implant itself; it does look like that one screw missed the bone, though.
Omnipor or Medpore is radiolucent for conventional radiologic studies. With a bit of work, you could see it with various software.
