I am 21 with no kids and no plan to have any but i feel my breasts look like they sag more than the average 21 year old and it effects my confidence. I’m not sure if a reduction or a lift would help give me a more proportional chest. I feel like there is more skin than breast tissue and i am unsure if it would still be considered a breast reduction or if a lift is more likely.
Answer: Breast reduction or lift Thanks for your question. Based on your photos, a breast reduction or just a breast uplift would be possible, and will provide you with a significant improvement. Which one to opt for depends on what volume you were hoping to achieve and the expectations that you have for what the shape of your breasts will be like post-op. A face to face consultation would enable a more personalised recommendation.

Answer: Breast lift versus breast reduction Hi. Thanks for your question. Both ops involve a lift, but in a reduction, the surgeon takes away more tissue to reduce the breast volume while in a breast lift, the surgeon tries to take away as little tissue as possible to provide the lift but keep most of the breast volume. If you want to be of a similar size, you need a breast lift. If you want to be smaller, then you need a breast reduction.

Answer: Breast lift Dear sarahk9978, my preferred lift is a lollipop lift when a periareolar won't do (ie greater than 2cm lift required). The lollipop technique was created by a Canadian plastic surgeon named Elizabeth Hall-Findley and treats the breast as a three dimensional structure instead of two dimensions (anchor - lift). Most importantly it does not require the horizontal component scars that the anchor-lift requires and breasts appear much more natural, lifted, and less boxy. Lastly, the lift lasts longer because the lollipop doesn't rely on the skin to hold the breast up, its actually breast tissue thats being brought together to support the breast and hence improves longevity. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: I am a 34G, 158 pounds and 5”10. Breast reduction or breast lift? (photos) The best way to determine what your breast size should be with respect to your anatomy and give true advice would be an in-person exam with a third board certified plastic surgeon who performs hundreds of breast procedures annually. Not only does proportion depend upon the aesthetic balance of your breasts with your shoulders, waist, hips, and buttocks, but also upon your objectives, active lifestyle, soft tissue quality, muscular anatomy, and long-term concerns. A breast reduction includes a breast lift.
